After 8 years of professional training and over 25 years of fitness training in sports and fitness training I have acquired the knowledge in getting max results per individual clients needs. Every client brings unique goals and mission that I get excited to help them reach. My mission for my clients is to teach them how to succeed and create the best overall performance. Rest assured I am 100 % dedicated to all my clients successes. I keep my contact 24/7/365. I am here for every client at any time they need me. I am very competitive, so that comes with goals I set for my clients in order to see progress. It could physical, metal goals. I want to create an individual that becomes fully vested in themselves and have the ability to live a life of health, wellness and an ability to perform at their max potential. There is no age, build, fitness level that keeps me from helping anyone looking for results.
Once you decide this is your chance to put yourself first you will be given every opportunity to succeed. Our first session is dedicated going over your personal goals, your personal nutritional strategy, and personal workout. Will discuss food options, portions, times to eat and all of this without ever having to count calories or macros. We will set up how often we will train 1 on 1. You will also be given at home optional workouts to perform based on your goals. There will be daily check-ins making sure you stay on track and getting max results. This is a cant fail system if followed. I will be with you every step of your journey.
